Rights to photos, graphics, source code, work-up files, and 3rd party software programs are not transferred to the client (unless specifically noted), and remain the property of their respective owners. Papa Wheelie retains the right to display graphics and other Web design elements as examples of their work in their respective portfolio. All logo’s and portfolio items where Papa Wheelie has been notified not to use will be taken off the website immediately at the client’s request.

Papa Wheelie can register domain names under permission and for the purpose of the client. A Papa Wheelie technical contact may be used in this process. Papa Wheelie only act as the client’s technical agent with the appropriate Naming Authority and do not own the domain name. Domain names are registered through domain registrars and all clients who register domain names through Papa Wheelie are bound to their terms and conditions.

Papa Wheelie will advise on the most appropriate and cost-effective web site hosting package for the clients needs. The website hosting contract is between the client and the hosting company and the client is bound by their terms and conditions. The client is also bound to Papa Wheelie’s website hosting terms and conditions.

Papa Wheelie is not liable for any website downtime and loss of income due to downtime experienced by clients.


Search Engine entry and ranking can in no way be guaranteed as this remains the sole discretion of a third party search engine provider.


Papa Wheelie cannot be held liable for any information contained within all client and portfolio web sites or printed literature. The client is liable for any reasonable legal costs incurred by Papa Wheelie caused by the content of the clients web site or other project and agrees to indemnify Papa Wheelie for any awards made by a court of law.

No liability will be accepted for compatibility issues with code or any errors, omissions or failings of software code produced.

Where in the instance that a time scale / schedule has been given, Papa Wheelie will not be responsible for any money lost to The Client if the deadline is not met.

On completion of any web site it is the sole responsibility of the client overtake the management of the web site or application. Papa Wheelie will no longer be responsible for the site upon completion unless an alternative agreement has been reached.
